Organisational chart and functions
The Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Chairman and the Board of Auditors are the bodies of the Consortium (Figure 1).
They are described below. The operating structure of the ZIU Consortium is shown in the chart in Figure 2, where functional areas and offices are highlighted.

The Assembly includes the legal representatives of the public or private subjects participating in the Consortium or their deputies.
The Board of Directors is appointed by the Assembly and includes Directors selected among persons with proven administration, entrepreneurial or professional expertise in the industrial sector, or with specific skills in organising and managing Companies, Bodies and Partnerships.
The Chairman of the Consortium is appointed by the Consortium's Assembly and selected among the Members of the Board of Directors. Its office term is 3 years and can be reconfirmed.
The Consortium's balance sheets and financial statements are audited by a Board of Auditors, whose members are appointed by the Assembly.
