Opportunities for the Businesses
This section describes the opportunities offered - with no charge - to settled businesses and to entrepreneurs who are interested in implementing new initiatives within the ZIU District.
Opportunities:
•
To take part in the Committee of Settled Businesses, whose designated
representative is a member of the Board of Directors of the Consortium.
•
To access data and information on the territory, such as cadastre
data, town planning and zoning data, etc.
•
Engineering / technical-environmental support (Help Desk for Businesses).
•
To attend the meetings organised by the Consortium to discuss its
activities and their progress.
•
To publish requests for the Company, including personnel recruitment
and other, in the Consortium's web site.
Committee of Settled Businesses
"The Board of Directors is appointed by the Assembly and includes
5 to 7 Members selected among people with proven administration and/or
entrepreneurial and/or professional expertise in the industrial sector,
or with special skills in organising and managing Companies, Bodies
and Partnerships. The settles businesses are entitled to a representative,
provided that they have taken part in the endowment fund. The representative
designated by the Committee of Settled Businesses, when established,
is by right a member of the Board of Directors" (article 10
of the Bylaws).
Help Desk for the Businesses
The Help Desk provides businesses with the following services:
•
assistance in preparing applications for new settlements or for expanding
old settlements;
•
information on the legislation and the environment;
•
help in environmental certification processes;
•
information about projects financed by the Region, the State or the
European Union.
Participation in meetings
Periodically, the Consortium organises meetings with all the businesses
settled in the district to illustrate the progress of its activities:
public works carried out, works/yards started, activities promoted
by the Office for the Environment (Office for the Environment)
or by the Information System Office (Ufficio Sistema Informativo),
as well as any other initiative designed or conceived. In these
meetings requests or expectations expressed by the entrepreneurs
involved will be listened to.
